Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your parcel and all items carefully. If there are items damaged or something missing from your order please contact us directly, as soon as possible, within 14 days so we can rectify the situation.

If you have ordered an item that is unsuitable, you are welcome to return it to us for a refund within 28 days of receipt of the order.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must arrive back with us within 28 days, unused, in saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please bear in mind that we are unable to refund any postage costs.

If you wish to exchange an item you will be charged the additional postage.
